Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your Blackmore account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables, to ensure the device is protected during transit.
- 3.Ship to Blackmore
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
